First, I want to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for without Him none of these things would have been possible. All honor and glory belong to Him alone.
It is with great pride that I write this letter of how great our team and Crossway as whole performed this year for our patients and their families.
Our patient census and treatment volume continue to increase each month. Patient satisfaction continues to exceed our standard. Our clinical and technical team consistently perform in excellence in the delivery of care and in maintaining our center to be a facility that provides excellent care every dialysis patient deserves.
I truly believe we are progressing beyond my expectation as we are only a year old in this facility and I am looking forward for the whole organization to perform better each month for the coming years.
